STEP 01

Book a plot / house visit

Pick a slot via the contact form. Our Civil Engineer Incharge visits with a structural surveyor.

STEP 02

BOQ delivered in 72 hours

A full Bill of Quantities with material brands, quantities, rates and per-category checklists.

STEP 03

Quotation signed + 10% advance

BOQ is signed jointly by you and the Engineer Incharge. Construction is now formally booked.

STEP 04

Floor plans & structural drawings

Architectural plans submitted for your “OK for Construction” sign-off, releasing the 55% civil milestone.

STEP 05

Civil construction phase

Foundation, RCC frame, masonry, plaster, waterproofing — all tracked on the 100+ BOQ checklist.

STEP 06

MEP services

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins. 30% milestone released before commencement.

STEP 07

Interior finishing

Final 5% milestone before interior detailing — paint, flooring, doors, fixtures.

STEP 08

Handover with warranty

Project closed with structural warranty, asset register and as-built drawings.
